Due to the perishable and consumable nature of most of our products (like food items, ghee, and herbal pastes), we do not accept returns for opened, used, or damaged items caused after delivery.

However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

The product is damaged or defective on arrival
Product is expired or tampered

⏱️ Return Window:

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
